Youthforia is universal. It’s the moments of utter bliss you get when you're young. Your first lip gloss. The cute text and the screenshot sent straight to the group chat. The waiting, the rush. The beauty industry loves fossil fuels (which makes sense because liquid plastic feels nice), but that doesn’t really work with our whole “wanting a future” thing. That's why all of our ingredients, including synthetics, are plant-based. This means we don't have to compromise on quality or textures.

We make our products biobased — each with at least 90% renewable ingredients (instead of fossil fuels) and our products are certified by the USDA BioPreferred Program.

We follow Green Chemistry principles (Google it, it’s super interesting!), which basically means doing what we can to make Youthforia environmentally-friendly and reduce the amount of gross, dangerous toxins we put on our face and wash down the drain (FYI, if you use 15 non-biobased products a day, that’s around 300-500 chemicals made from fossil fuels now on their way to finding Nemo). 

Caring about and being kind to the planet is cool and important and so is using safe stuff on your skin.

I use our daily protective primer $38. We invested a lot in ingredients. Most primers are silicone based. For this primer we chose silicone free plant-based elastomers, stretchy molecules that flex the fine lines of your face. You can kind of see the before and after in my mom. Other ingredient that we invested a lot of money is patented ingredient that stops your skin's redness. This is for sure, I have hives and within like 20 minutes you can kind of see the inflammation and redness go down. If you're someone who's easily irritated by makeup, this top pack of skin had pregame primer underneath. And this just had a foundation directly on skin. Look how pregame primer completely protects the skin from the redness and irritation. The ingredient that does this is patented and it was very expensive.

I'm on to my second tube of Youthphoria's pregame primer, primarily because it's actually just improved my skin. It's formulated with a very unique blend of ingredients that sort of work as a topical antihistamine, blocking the allergic reaction that your skin might have to certain ingredients that you might find in your makeup or other skincare. Speaking as someone with sensitive skin, this product basically allows me to play with whatever makeup I want without having to worry about irritation. It provides hydration, but it also has oil controlling properties as well. This ensures smooth and vibrant makeup that lasts all day and night.
