I would definitely say that I'm a serum girl and this Alginist serum, it is the AA Barium serum that has different, all different properties. It has some mushrooms, it has algae, it has cinnamide, a whole bunch of stuff in there for brightening the skin, smoothing the skin tone, and just keeping your skin nice and tight and beautiful. That's what I love serums for, just that extra boost of treatment to keep your skin looking just snatched and healthy. I've been using this one for about a week. I really enjoy the texture. I'll show you a little example of what it looks like. Alright, it has a nice, like, cushiony texture. I definitely really enjoy the feeling of this on my skin and it feels moisturized, hydrated, and soothed in general when I use it on my face and neck.

This is the AA Barrier Serum by Algenist. The AA stands for Algaronic Acid, and it also has some antioxidants and niacinamide in it. It's designed to protect your skin barrier from environmental pollutants, calm breakouts, reduce redness, and it basically just protects your skin to allow your skincare regimen to function better. It goes really well underneath moisturizer like I did here, but I also think it'd be great as a primer.

I've been starting my morning routine with using the Algenist AA Barrier Serum. This is a bit on the pricier side, but I think the packaging is gorgeous and what it does is really unique. It helps to create a barrier between your skin and environmental aggressors and pollutants when you go outside. It's just a clear, lightweight serum so it's really easy to add to your regular routine. It's really light so it won't feel like you're adding an extra layer to your skincare routine. It also helps with dullness, redness, discoloration, so it evens out your skin tone. For someone that's acne prone, I do not break out with this and I think it really helps with my complexion as well. And I really like the fact that it protects my skin when I go outside so it doesn't feel like all those grimy, gross things in the air are getting into my skin and my pores.

If you have hyperpigmentation like I do, this product is a must-have for your skincare routine. It's the Algenist Brightening Serum with Vitamin C sourced from Blue Algae. I loved their Dark Spot Peel so much that I just had to get this matching serum. So here you see I'm putting it on and I'm concentrating on the areas where I have hyperpigmentation. And of course I'm going to follow with a sunscreen because prevention is just as important as treatment. I love that I can use this to treat my skin throughout the day, but it's also lightweight enough to wear under my makeup and my sunscreen.

My morning facial routine. Step one, wash face. Step two, toner. Step three, Blue Aji Vitamin C Serum. Brightens my skin so I don't look sleepy. The green evens out red undertones. Step four, eye cream. Step five, moisturizer. And now my skin is ready for the day.

One of the tips I got from my mom to aging gracefully is to take care of your neck skin as much as your facial skin. I always use whatever I put on my face and just rub it down my neck. I'm loving this Elevate Firming and Lifting Neck Cream by Algenist. It is very gentle and I was wanting something specifically for my neck. I feel like that my regular moisturizer was a little bit too strong. I was getting, um, a little bit of a breakout on my neck when I used it. I do have very sensitive skin, so I love that I found this and I can use it up to twice a day. I'm in my thirties. I'm doing everything I can to prevent those spine lines and wrinkles. And the final video of the day is the collagen sleeping cream. I have a little spatula, it did not come with it. I know some of you guys like that, so I'm sorry, but really creamy, kind of like, um, I used it last night too, but now you guys get to see me put it on. It has, um, almost like a body butter kind of feeling, but it soaks right in. And this morning I woke up and it felt so hydrated and so smooth and nourished and everything, but so I'm here too. Um, but yeah, so I really, really loved it and at the price tag, it was absolutely worth it. So yay.
