I got this tea. It's by Eighth Wonder. It contains apple and ashwagandha. It is a sparkling chai tea. It caught my attention because it contains apple and ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is good for stress relief and relaxation. So it threw me off a little bit because when I saw apple, I was thinking green apple, but on the side of the can, it tells you it is spiced with apple, cinnamon, cardamom, and clove, and a dash of ashwagandha. So I already poured some. See how it does for me. I got a taste of apple pie, and I really like apple pie. I recommend it. However, it's more like a fall season flavor. So it's not something I can drink every day, but I still like it.
