I thought I would try these intensive ceramide shots on my daughter's long hair. She has a lot of long, finer hair. I like to cut them open, dispense it throughout the hair. We're gonna braid her hair because she's getting ready to go to bed. I've used these a few times as well, but I keep forgetting to make a video about it. I really enjoy them. They also smell nice.
