You use peppermint oil to refresh. You can definitely feel kind of like a cooling, tingling sensation on your skin, which feels really nice, especially if you've been sweating a lot. It uses glycolic acid to exfoliate your skin and help remove dead skin cells. It uses aloe and jojoba seed oil to help moisturize. And then it uses vitamin E to condition your skin.
