I do excisions, biopsies, those types of things. This is truly the scar gel that I recommend for my patients. I had a surgery done about a year or so ago, and this is the scar gel that I used after the procedure. And you can see, look at how good that scar looks. Really, you can barely see it. I like it because it contains silicone. Silicone is really going to be the best ingredient to use in a scar gel. It really has the most data behind it. It doesn't even necessarily have to be a surgical scar. Right now I am so in love with this Avene scar gel. Only after a few days of using it, I feel like so much redness in my acne scarring has gone down. using this product for a few months now it is the Avene Clinins concentrate it is a blemish control serum I would say that it does work but it's not my favorite and it has a very strong alcohol smell so if you're sensitive to smell probably not the one for you but yeah
