I've had severe allergies my entire life and using these two together has really helped like considerably in the last week that I've been using them. I have the Propolis sinus support and the Propolis nasal spray. So I usually take the sinus support like one in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon if I'm still feeling symptoms of allergies and the nasal spray you can kind of just do whenever you're feeling congested and I have been loving this because it it kind of is like a peppermint it has eucalyptus in it that's what it is and it kind of like opens up your passageways like immediately when you spray this and it seriously works so well.
