"It's 2am, and I'm eating a burrito. I worked 12 hours today and forgot to eat lunch. There's something to do every night here, and my diet is unpredictable. I'm an intermittent faster who wants to workout at 6am. My fitness watch doesn't actually track what nutrients I need. Life in New York is crazy, but I love all of it." We created Poisson to solve our own problems as athletes and NYC denizens. It was too hard to manage fitness, nutrition, and a social lifestyle without overpaying for a bunch of different products that added up to our nutrient baseline. Poisson is our antidote. Do we really eat our vegetables? Sometimes, so with Poisson we don't have to sweat over our consumptive habits. Life is better this way.
