Pop Daddy Snacks was founded by Mark and Erin Sarafa, who were passionate—some might say obsessed—with microwave popcorn. After learning about the chemicals in microwave popcorn, Mark sought a healthier option for his family. He bought a large popcorn machine and began experimenting with kernels and flavors in his basement, sharing his creations with friends, family, and neighbors.
