Yesterday I wasn't feeling too well so I decided to write myself a journal at night. Sometimes writing things down really helps us realize what we appreciate and what's on our thoughts. And it makes us feel better. I really like this journal because it spells out exactly what I want to say. Every night just evaluating how the day goes and listing out what I'm grateful for, what I want to clear out of my mind and the goals for tomorrow. It's so pretty and also it's so relaxing to do. And spaced throughout it has cute motivational pages. It is $29 and I think this is perfect for reflecting on your thoughts for the day and helping to clear your mind.

I got this sleep journal in by the brand Caroline Gardner. And it looks really pretty paired with my candles in the yellow shade. But I will show you guys what the inside looks like as well. So it's made really nicely and it has a total retro vibe to it. And it's just saying, reflecting on the day. So today I'm grateful for, goals for tomorrow. And I just really love the color scheme.
