Season with your choice of spices—I use avocado or olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili lime seasoning. 2. Let the salmon sit for 15-20 minutes. Heat a pan on low-medium, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and place a cut piece of parchment paper (not wax!) in the pan. Brush the parchment with 1-2 tbsp more oil. 3. Cook the salmon skin-side down on low for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook skin-side up on medium for 4-6 minutes. Adjust time based on thickness. 4. Top with your favorite sauce, parsley, and lemon.
