Damon has Down Syndrome. Damon’s so full of life & love 💕 When the doctor called me to confirm his diagnosis, I was never hesitant. I was over the moon, because growing up I knew kids with Down Syndrome & I hoped one day I would be so lucky as to have a child with Down Syndrome too. She continued with- “you have options”… I said I don’t want options- I’m keeping him. He’s healthy right? She said yes, as far as, we can see, he might have heart problems, you’ll have to see a specialist, but so far he’s healthy. Down Syndrome shouldn’t mean death sentence. *Our situation isn’t like everyone’s- Everyone should have a choice, regardless of the situation. My choice doesn’t mean I get to choose what’s best for you and yours. It’s what’s best for me and mine.

What’s up with kids not having work ethic- not all kids, but man! Original Hot Sauce - Bold & Smoky Flavor

Ingredients: • 8 thin beef slices (top round) • 8 tsp German mustard • 8 slices bacon • 1 onion, white or yellow sliced • 8 dill pickle spears • Salt and pepper • 2 tbsp oil or butter • 1 carrot, sliced • 6-10 potatoes cut up • 1 cup beef broth and or onion soup packet • 1 tbsp flour or cornstarch (for thickening) Instructions: Lay beef slices flat, season with salt & pepper, spread each with mustard. Top with bacon, sliced onion, carrots & pickles. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks. Brown rolls in greased hot pan. Remove and sauté chopped carrot, & onion. Return rouladen, cover, and simmer 90 minutes until tender. Remove rouladen, thicken sauce with flour or cornstarch, then return rolls to warm. Serve with mashed potatoes!
