This is the perfect smoothie for St Patrick’s day, (aside from a shamrock of course) Using frozen green apples makes this smoothie taste like ice cream! And the tartness of the green apples paired with a hint of matcha for a boosted color! Ingredients 2 green apples, chopped & frozen overnight 2 C frozen cauli rice or frozen chopped bananas 2/3C @goodandgatherr full fat coconut milk 1 serving vanilla protein powder 2-3 tbsp cashew butter (also optional) 1/2-1 tsp matcha powder (optional) Directions Prepare smoothie: -Combine all solid ingredients, (frozen apples, cauli rice, protein powder, cinnamon, cashew butter) then add in coconut milk and blend.
