GREEN APPLE SMOOTHIE (vegan, high protein, no refined sugar) 🍏

This is the perfect smoothie for St Patrick’s day, (aside from a shamrock of course)
Using frozen green apples makes this smoothie taste like ice cream! And the tartness of the green apples paired with a hint of matcha for a boosted color!
Ingredients
2 green apples, chopped & frozen overnight
2 C frozen cauli rice or frozen chopped bananas
2/3C @goodandgatherr full fat coconut milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder
2-3 tbsp cashew butter (also optional)
1/2-1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
Directions
Prepare smoothie:
-Combine all solid ingredients, (frozen apples, cauli rice, protein powder, cinnamon, cashew butter) then add in coconut milk and blend. Add as little coconut milk as possible, slowly adding more if necessary.
