Quick and easy (BLUE) banana and mango protein shake. Here’s what I used: 🍌 1 medium frozen banana 🥭 frozen mango chunks 🍯 vanilla and honey Greek yogurt 🍦2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder 💙 blue spirulina powder 🥛 vitamin d milk (about halfway) 💧water 🧁 whipped cream is optional! I use the whipped cream (or cool whip when I have it) to create “clouds” ☁️ on the side of my cup. Now you can use the liquid of your choice such as almond milk, water, oat milk, etc. I also don’t use exact measurements.
