Hello, hello! I love sharing postpartum core workouts because they’re SO IMPORTANT and can be so helpful! It’s not uncommon for postpartum women to deal with diastasis recti, pelvic floor pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, lower back pain, or even incontinence. When I was first postpartum I had to do my own research and figure out what exercises I could do and what would be the best way to safely workout.
