Day three of the weighted hula hoop challenge. Technically, I had to double up today since I actually missed day three, but minor details. How we use our core muscles while hula hooping is what’s supposed to help build core strength and help with diastasis recti. I also want to mention that I don’t JUST hula hoop. I incorporate it into my other workouts.
