I have to show you guys my new wellness favorite. It's a game changer. So I used to do dry needling a lot, so I found something that's a little bit better. This acupuncture mat. It's just this little mat, just big enough for like your midsection, and then there's this that goes under your neck, and it actually has like little spikes. But it's like so, so good for you to do acupuncture or dry needling, and this is like a really great way you could do it from home. It's so good for stimulating the central nervous system, which releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, brain, to change and stimulate natural healing in the body. If you have any lower back pain, back tension, just body aches, get this acupressure mat. Oh my god. I always have lower back pain and I'm literally on this for 15 minutes a day. And once I get up, it all goes away. It does hurt for about the first 15-30 seconds, but then you get used to it. And it's just so worth it because the after effects is incredible. It relieves any pain or tension and just mini needles that go right into your skin. And your back will be a little red after, but it is worth it. So get an acupressure mat.

okay so this acupressure mat might be the solution to my chronical shoulder and back pain this is my day three using it and i've actually never felt this better on my shoulder i feel like some sort of weight is off and it warms up the body in a way it's like uh blood circulation is better it might be a little expensive but you can use it for so many different positions you can use it for your thigh tension you can use back of your feet for your overall improvement it is definitely worth it
