Okay, we are finally trying these bad boys from Daily Crunch. So I got the cacao and sea salt flavor. These are sprouted almonds compared to like regular bag flavored almonds. Sprouted just means that they're easier to digest from what I know. What do I know? I'm not an almond expert. They look like this. Nice, like thick coating. We love when she's thick, okay? Hmm. Chocolatey, obviously. I would say like very minimal on the sweetness though. Like I almost wish it was sweeter, but you get a quarter cup for 160 calories, five grams of protein, and only two grams of sugar, which is, I guess is like the benefit of it. I don't know. I've had chocolate covered almonds that I've loved more, probably because there is more sugar in it and not as many natural ingredients. So I think for what it is, it's really good. I'll definitely eat like this whole bag in one shot.

They're crunchy but they have a different texture than what a regular almond would have. Not a bad texture at all. They're still crunchy. They also are slightly sweetened with coconut sugar rather than regular processed sugar. Okay that's really not that bad at all. If you're expecting like a sweet chocolate covered almond this is not it. It is like I said very slightly sweet. Almost not at all. But they sweetened it with that coconut sugar to just take the edge off of the bitterness of the cocoa powder I think. And I really like these. These are good. Quarter a cup has five grams of protein so that makes a great little snack. They have a lot of other flavors of these so I'm gonna try another flavor next.
