You can bring it under the brow bone if you want to, but I'm mainly focusing on my under eye area right now. So this feels really nice. It's melting right into my skin. It's not too heavy, not too light. I don't feel like I need more moisture and I don't feel like it's too moisturizing under my eye. It just feels really nice.
