This is the e.l.f. Daily Brush Cleaner. I love the spray bottle. You only need one to two sprays per brush, which I love. This is one of my blush brushes that I use a lot and it really got it super clean. I couldn't believe it. I don't love cleaning my brushes but having a spray makes it so easy and quick and then they dry really fast. So I actually really like this and I love how affordable it is. It's a great brush cleaner for everyday use.
