Hey y'all, Bella here. Welcome back to part 2 of the ELF product reviews. The next item I'll be reviewing for you guys is the Hydrating Camo Concealer. It was $7 and I got the shade Tan Walnut, which is tan with cool neutral undertones. I'm normally warm undertones, but this one wasn't too bad because sometimes it can be gray on me if it's too cool. So I just used the pattern of the lifting effect and when I started blending this out, honey let me tell you, it felt like butter under my eyes. It's hydrating, it's perfect for the winter if your skin gets dry and yeah, I mean there's really no complaints about this product. That pimple has been there for days, I'm so sorry. I've been using it for probably 2 years now and this is like my holy grail of concealers. Can't really use it in the summertime because my face would be too oily, but I overall give it a 9 out of 10 because I just can't.
