Hope's review of e.l.f. Cosmetics' Poreless Putty Primer - Universal Sheer is overwhelmingly positive. Upon application, the primer transforms from a thick clay-like texture to a moisturizer-like texture. The primer is hydrating and a little goes a long way. Hope noticed a blurring and brightening effect after applying the primer. When applying foundation over the primer, Hope was impressed with the way it gripped to the primer. Hope also noted that the primer is perfect for those with dry skin, as it won't cause creasing or cracking throughout the day. After comparing the before and after, Hope highly recommends this primer, noting that it is only ten dollars.
