They're so cute. Can we just take a moment and look at how cute these little gummies are? Little mushrooms. Oh my gosh, they're so good. They taste like fruit punch. Almost like everything you ever wanted as a child in a gummy, but it's for adults so that we can remember things because we all know how hard that is the older we get. Even at like 18 or 16, I was forgetting things. So if you're in school, these would be perfect because it will definitely help you up your level when it comes to exams, tests, anything on the level. I wish I had these when I was in college. Would have helped me so much. I'm just saying, I'm saving your life right now. You need to get these.

Hey everyone, so I love mushrooms and I just tried these gummies from Earth and Star. They're the Brain Gummies and Adaptogens. So this one has lion's mane and L-theanine. I think I'm saying that right, not sure. But they are really delicious and freaking adorable. They're little mushrooms. The flavor is like a pomegranate and raspberry, which is super, super tasty. Love that there's no artificial sweeteners in here, which give me a migraine, so that's huge for me. But Adaptogens are just great for you because they help regulate your system. So they help give you energy when you're low and they help like kind of, you know, calm you down and keep you a little chill when you're a little overly anxious. And then these in particular, just I've been having a brain fog lately and I was feeling that earlier today. I ate some of these and now I just feel like it's been cleared.

So, let's talk about brain gummies and Aptogen. Have you ever been in a place where you feel like your brain is on overload? Like every single one of the drawers in your brain is wide open and you're like, what in the world is going on? You start calling the kids, the dog's name, the dogs become like your husband's name and like pretty much everybody needs to understand and respond to whoever you're asking for at the time. Oh, that's much better. First time trying this, I took it straight out of the dropper, into my mouth, and it tastes like the supplement. I love whole foods. I do not recommend. But mixing it with water, I do recommend. These are the Earth and Star Everything Drops. We got lion's mane, reishi, chaga, cordyceps, cordyceps, and turkey tail. This blend is supposed to support the immune system, the nervous system, gut health, hormone balance. Suggested is two and a half dropper fulls, one to two times daily. I've done two servings of it today. I feel good. I feel great. And you can take it straight or you can put it in water, coffee, tea. I feel like if you put it in something with a flavor, you probably wouldn't taste this at all because I could barely taste it in the water. But like if you take it straight, nope.
