Alright, so by now you've probably heard of all the amazing health benefits of various different types of mushrooms. This is the Earth and Star gummy little mushroom with adaptogens, which is like, they say, like a therapist for your nervous system. And these in particular have chaga and turkey tail, which have amazing health benefits. They're supposed to help with immunities. I was interested in the research on cancer. So they're supposed to help with cancer and help build your immunities. I have really been trying to get into a lifestyle change and this is a great start along with a few others that I've recommended. This did intimidate me a little bit because of the ingredients, but they taste delicious. They're gummies. I'm not the only one taking them. My husband is obsessed with them.
