They're so cute. Can we just take a moment and look at how cute these little gummies are? Little mushrooms. Oh my gosh, they're so good. They taste like fruit punch. Almost like everything you ever wanted as a child in a gummy, but it's for adults so that we can remember things because we all know how hard that is the older we get. Even at like 18 or 16, I was forgetting things. So if you're in school, these would be perfect because it will definitely help you up your level when it comes to exams, tests, anything on the level. I wish I had these when I was in college. Would have helped me so much. I'm just saying, I'm saving your life right now. You need to get these.

Hey everyone, so I love mushrooms and I just tried these gummies from Earth and Star. They're the Brain Gummies and Adaptogens. So this one has lion's mane and L-theanine. I think I'm saying that right, not sure. But they are really delicious and freaking adorable. They're little mushrooms. The flavor is like a pomegranate and raspberry, which is super, super tasty. Love that there's no artificial sweeteners in here, which give me a migraine, so that's huge for me. But Adaptogens are just great for you because they help regulate your system. So they help give you energy when you're low and they help like kind of, you know, calm you down and keep you a little chill when you're a little overly anxious. And then these in particular, just I've been having a brain fog lately and I was feeling that earlier today. I ate some of these and now I just feel like it's been cleared.

So, let's talk about brain gummies and Aptogen. Have you ever been in a place where you feel like your brain is on overload? Like every single one of the drawers in your brain is wide open and you're like, what in the world is going on? You start calling the kids, the dog's name, the dogs become like your husband's name and like pretty much everybody needs to understand and respond to whoever you're asking for at the time. I have really been trying to get into a lifestyle change and this is a great start along with a few others that I've recommended. This did intimidate me a little bit because of the ingredients, but they taste delicious. They're gummies. I'm not the only one taking them. My husband is obsessed with them. hey y'all hey we are back with another review and today we are reviewing the earth and star dark roast mushroom coffee now you guys I thought this would be a really great try because it said is to help with focus and everything like that and my wife is really one of the people who love to be focused at work but you know sometimes you just kind of find yourself veering off or just kind of staring off into space so this right here coffee kind of keeps you focused does not leave you with any type of jitters or anything like that you guys so definitely try this coffee as you can see we have used it and it is really really tasty as well like it doesn't make your stomach feel any type of way or have you go into the restroom or anything like that so y'all if you've tried this coffee let me know what you think about it down in the comments

So I've been meaning to do a review on this I kept forgetting as usual And it's amazing. I love it. I've noticed a difference It definitely helped me with memorization and just not having a crash After drinking coffee, you know, I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, but this definitely made me drink coffee more I put it in my little you know coffee thing. I put it in here whether it's being hot I'll just pour the grounds in here lift this up and Put the hot water and push this down to help get the coffee out the grinds but sometimes I'll leave it in here with some cold water or hot water and put it in my fridge and It's amazing either way, but I love this coffee y'all should go get it
