This blend is supposed to support the immune system, the nervous system, gut health, hormone balance. Suggested is two and a half dropper fulls, one to two times daily. I've done two servings of it today. I feel good. I feel great. And you can take it straight or you can put it in water, coffee, tea. I feel like if you put it in something with a flavor, you probably wouldn't taste this at all because I could barely taste it in the water. But like if you take it straight, nope.
