So what you do is you put this gel, usually I'll use it on my legs because I can get some like restless leg syndrome throughout the night, but you'll just put this gel on your hands and then depending on wherever you want to put it, sometimes I'll do it literally on my temples because I carry stress there, but you'll just do circular motions. It smells so refreshing, almost like if you've ever tried like BioFreeze or something, it kind of smells like that and it's got a tingly sensation too. So I'm going to put these on my legs and stop recording. But if you are looking for a nice refresh, especially if you work out a lot or your muscles are really tense, this is your go-to and you can work it into a little massage with your significant other, you know? Hey Flip! So I forgot to come on here and talk to you guys about the ELEMIS Japanese Camilla Body Oil Blend. I've been using this for two months. Anyways, this is really hydrating. Like, really hydrating. My skin is glowing. But, I'm eczema prone, and my eczema is not a fan. With that in mind, packaging is like an 8 out of 10. It's very sturdy. I could hand it to my toddler. And I'm not scared that she's gonna break it. However, this cap is the most annoying thing on the planet. I really wish it was a pump or just something else. Overall, I will not be repurchasing just because it angered my eczema. And, yeah. That's about it.

Okay, first off, the packaging on this Elemis body oil is beautiful and it's packed with almond oil, vitamin E, and it makes your skin look so shiny and hydrated. I love this.
