Okay, sharing my thoughts with you on these vitamins after taking them for about two weeks. They're gummies, you're supposed to take two a day. So what's in this? It's vitamin D3, niacin, pentothenic acid, zinc, sodium, evening primrose oil, and MSM. So I guess they're working. My skin looks really good. However, the only thing that I don't like is that it has 20 calories and 4 grams of added sugar, which doesn't really make sense for me because if I were really concerned about my skin, I would try to cut off all the sugar.
