Base Brew Controls
- Brew temperature: Adjust to achieve your desired flavor.
- Brew ratio: Control the coffee-to-water ratio.
Bloom
- Bloom ratio: The amount of water in the initial pour.
- Bloom duration: How long the bloom phase lasts.
- Bloom temperature: Set the temperature for the bloom water.
Pulses
- Number of pulses: How many times water is added.
- Time between pulses: Interval between water additions.
- Pulse temperature: Set different temperatures for each pulse.
Do I need the Fellow - Brew with Aiden app?
- The Aiden works without the app, but we recommend you download it and sync your device to ensure you get the latest firmware updates and best performance. We’ll be releasing mobile features (like shareable brew profiles and full mobile Aiden control) over the course of the next few months. You can download the Fellow - Brew with Aiden app at the App Store or the Google Play Store.
Is Aiden BPA free?

What filters is Aiden compatible with?
