I shake it just to hang it and you just twist and pour. But it gives the prettiest glow to the skin. And it's just very, very thin and hydrating. So it really does sink down into the skin. You can wear this under makeup. I think it does say to apply it just once a day. But I really do like how it feels on the skin.
