1. Relief Salve
Rub a generous amount on your pelvis during your menstrual cycle or anywhere muscles and joints are tense, fatigued, painful or sore. The cannabis & botanicals encourage muscle release and nourishing blood flow. For the best freshness and texture, keep your jar closed and cool when not in use. If separation occurs, stir until blended, then refrigerate.
2. Relief Melts
Keep refrigerated to ensure firmness. To open, separate one shell from the rest, then peel apart from the flat plastic tabs. Insert vaginally, rectally or both. Use at the onset of discomfort. If used for menstrual cramps, you may also experience benefits when used before your period starts. Experiment to learn what works best for your body. When possible, lie down with hips elevated for 10-20 minutes to support absorption.
3. Relief Tonic
This product is designed for oral ingestion. Start with half a dropper of tonic — about 17mg CBD – and swish the oil around your tongue, cheeks and gums before swallowing. As with any CBD product, see how you feel after about 15 minutes to an hour. (A full stomach may delay the effects, especially if you don't swish before swallowing.) If you desire stronger relief or support, gradually raise your dosage over a day or so while observing your body's response.
