This set includes a G-3, 8 1/4" Carving Knife, a G-4, 7" Oriental Chef's Knife, a G-9, 8 1/2" Bread Knife, a GS-3, 5" Chef's Utility Knife and a GS-7, 4" Paring Knife all housed in an elegant stainless steel knife block. Each knife is constructed of high-quality CROMOVA18 stainless steel and features an ergonomic handle with signature dimple pattern for slip-resistant grip.
