So I have Goop Beauty's G-TOX Ultimate Dry Brush here. And so far I'm loving it. It's easy to handle. I like that it has this long handle on it. So that way you don't apply too much pressure when you're dry brushing, because it can be something that is kind of tough to get used to your first time. And you don't want to put too much pressure on it, or you're gonna leave your skin red and irritated and cause more damage than good. But I like this because it's easy to hold and it's good to help purify your pores and leave your skin looking healthy. So I just use this right before I get in the shower and it just kind of helps wake me up and get my body flowing for the day. So I love this.

is here on flip I am so excited I got a few of their spa ritual pre-op products and this dry brush is such a good size such a good like good weight good way to hold it I love that it's curved because it makes it easier easier to dry brush your body the only thing I'll say is that these are quite rough it kind of scratched me a little bit at first but that tells me that this is gonna last a long time so just use really gentle strokes to begin with and I think these will soften up because the one I had before this was pretty old so I was due for a new one I used it after before my shower actually so give it a try

Meet Goop Beauty's Goop Glow. This is a silky and luxurious body oil. This sinks right into the skin as soon as you put it on and it just relieves any dryness you have and takes your dull skin for a radiant glow all over. It has sea buckthorn, cockadoo plum oil, sugarcane derived squalane, and omega packed raspberry seed oil to leave your skin soft and healthy looking.

Let's talk about the Goop Afterglow Body Oil. I use this at the end of my Sunday self-care shower that I like to take weekly and it's first of all just smells so good. It smells like a citrusy, like a floral citrusy spa smell. Oh, so good. And I will say a little does not go a long way with this but it's almost for the better because it dries nice and quickly. So just take your time and make it a self-care moment and you won't be in a rush. You have to warm the oil in your hands and massage all over your body. Use after a shower or a bath like I said. So go give it a try. It's very authentic to Goop and very self-care luxury.

Line up the body care the self-care shower care is the microderm instant glow body polish This is my favorite product That I got from goop as soon as they were on flip So I use this in the shower. I had already dry brushed before and I used their oil afterwards, but what I did here Um, this is an in the shower kind of thing. I'll show you kind of what it looks like it's like um It's Got like sugar or salt some kind of exfoliation, but oh my god the smell it's like a Citrusy spot smell just like the other products and it really left my skin smooth You can have to use a lot to get through your whole body But it really left my skin feeling so good like hydrated and exfoliated so highly recommend So excited goop is here

I really love everything microdermabrasion, so I decided to try this Instant Glow Body Polish by Goop Glow. This is from Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Beauty Collection. You use it daily in the shower on wet skin, massaging on your body in circles for exfoliation, and then you rinse thoroughly. This is a creamy, whipped body polish with quartz and garnet, and it sweeps away all of your dead skin cells, helps nourish your skin with moisture, and it smells like juniper, needle, oak moss, all sorts of lovely ingredients. After I was done with it, I was a little bit red, but I loved how silky my skin felt afterwards. Once your body is silky and smooth, you would follow this up with some body oil, your favorite moisturizer or lotion, and you get a beach bod really super fast. This is Goop.
