So I have Goop Beauty's G-TOX Ultimate Dry Brush here. And so far I'm loving it. It's easy to handle. I like that it has this long handle on it. So that way you don't apply too much pressure when you're dry brushing, because it can be something that is kind of tough to get used to your first time. And you don't want to put too much pressure on it, or you're gonna leave your skin red and irritated and cause more damage than good. But I like this because it's easy to hold and it's good to help purify your pores and leave your skin looking healthy. So I just use this right before I get in the shower and it just kind of helps wake me up and get my body flowing for the day. So I love this.

I had already dry brushed before and I used their oil afterwards, but what I did here Um, this is an in the shower kind of thing. I'll show you kind of what it looks like it's like um It's Got like sugar or salt some kind of exfoliation, but oh my god the smell it's like a Citrusy spot smell just like the other products and it really left my skin smooth You can have to use a lot to get through your whole body But it really left my skin feeling so good like hydrated and exfoliated so highly recommend So excited goop is here

I really love everything microdermabrasion, so I decided to try this Instant Glow Body Polish by Goop Glow. This is from Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Beauty Collection. You use it daily in the shower on wet skin, massaging on your body in circles for exfoliation, and then you rinse thoroughly. This is a creamy, whipped body polish with quartz and garnet, and it sweeps away all of your dead skin cells, helps nourish your skin with moisture, and it smells like juniper, needle, oak moss, all sorts of lovely ingredients. After I was done with it, I was a little bit red, but I loved how silky my skin felt afterwards. Once your body is silky and smooth, you would follow this up with some body oil, your favorite moisturizer or lotion, and you get a beach bod really super fast. This is Goop.
