This is the prettiest item in my kitchen. I'm cooking with my Great Jones casserole dish for the first time ever tonight. Four ingredient baked ziti. This is a really heavy dish, so I'm hoping it'll last me a very long time. This is a pretty simple recipe. Shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, extra mozzarella on top. Then the last thing I do is add a little bit of butter. This also helps it get golden brown on the top. This is oven safe. I'm gonna throw it in the oven for 45 minutes. I can reheat this in the microwave if I like, and it's also dishwasher safe once I'm done with it. Can't wait to use this Great Jones casserole dish at my next dinner party. This is the prettiest cookware I've ever owned. I'll be honest, I've followed Great Jones on Instagram and admired their products for years, but never thought I could have one of my own. So I was thrilled to see their hot dishes on Flip. These are microwave safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe. So I can finally ditch the single-use disposable tins and upgrade with Great Jones.

I just got my Grey Jones baking gist in the mail and let's talk about it. I got the pink color and the color is amazing and as soon as I pulled it out I knew it was different from any other pan that I have because it was just so lightweight and sleek. The quality is great and so I decided to test it making baklava and if you've ever made baklava you know it's gonna be sticky and a little bit messy but well worth it in the end. For this pan the baklava came out so clean and it didn't even stick to the bottom. I just used a little bit of butter and it was so easy to clean after it was done everything and another thing I noticed were the handles were really cool very very quickly compared to the rest of the pan is something you don't notice all the time and I just think overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend.
