I've been taking collagen supplements for a really long time. Sure, they're good for skin elasticity, hydration for your hair, for your nails. But really, I like to take it started taking it because I got knee pain. Now, this is the Heck Vegan Pro Collagen, and I think it's pro because it went to college, but it's got a lot of good stuff in it. We've got vitamin C, also biotin and, you know, all the good collagen peptides and amino acids. And I don't know that that's stuff that I don't know about. I did a research and there's not that much difference in between vegan and non-vegan collagen when it comes to the benefits. So this one is actually way more affordable as there are two times more counts than this one and the price is around the same, almost. So yeah, I highly recommend this vegan pro collagen. It's for everybody, even though if it can take marine sourced collagen. But yeah, I really like something that's from the sea, like algaes and sea moss and, you know, pearls. I do take those supplements, so I wanted to try this one too, so that's why I grabbed it. But yeah, highly recommend this vegan one.
