Today I'm going to be trying out the Heroes and Goddesses pills. They're to help with your hair, skin, and nails. And recently I just had a big chop after my wedding, cut my hair because it was very unhealthy. So I'm excited to see how these work, if they make my hair look healthier, make it grow faster, and if it clears up my skin a little bit because these breakouts are not very fun. So yeah, you just take two a day and hopefully I see some great results.
