This hex-clad Japanese Damascus steel knife is the best kitchen knife I have ever used. It's extremely lightweight and can cut through anything you need in the kitchen. I highly recommend this capable knife to any chef or home cook.

I recently bought Hexclad's hybrid pan and I wanted to give one of their knives a try. This knife is sharp, sturdy, and of great quality. If you've been thinking of getting a new knife, I'd definitely recommend this one.

And something I always do with my new knives is the paper test. Like butter. Now let's give this knife a couple more tests. Let's see how thin we can cut this tomato and how easily I can slice up this watermelon. Way too smooth. Now I just need the rest of the knives in this set. So this is a review of the hexclad essential six-pack I actually gifted one to my friend because I cook over their house a lot and they have terrible knives And I had a lot But they come in these really gorgeous boxes. I haven't used this one yet. I haven't needed to sharpen them. I've been using them for maybe Month or two now. I use this one every single day. It has this gorgeous Beautiful wooden handle everything about it just feels high quality and it is just So awesome to be able to chop and cut with things that work before our sharpest knife was from Ikea This is how I store the rest of them This one somehow got bent. I think we're just not taking really good care of these but it still works Really amazing haven't needed to sharpen anything yet But they're just so luxurious and it changes your experience in the kitchen so much
