This hex-clad Japanese Damascus steel knife is the best kitchen knife I have ever used. It's extremely lightweight and can cut through anything you need in the kitchen. I highly recommend this capable knife to any chef or home cook.

And this beautiful pack of wood handle is crafted with genuine hardwood and a composite resin, which is super comfortable to hold and moisture resistant. And something I always do with my new knives is the paper test. Like butter. Now let's give this knife a couple more tests. Let's see how thin we can cut this tomato and how easily I can slice up this watermelon. Way too smooth. Now I just need the rest of the knives in this set.
