I recently bought Hexclad's hybrid pan and I wanted to give one of their knives a try. This knife is sharp, sturdy, and of great quality. If you've been thinking of getting a new knife, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Not only did we get a note from Gordon Ramsey himself, but the Damascus steel is made by layering 67 different metal alloys and forging them into a single blade. And this beautiful pack of wood handle is crafted with genuine hardwood and a composite resin, which is super comfortable to hold and moisture resistant. And something I always do with my new knives is the paper test. Like butter. Now let's give this knife a couple more tests. Let's see how thin we can cut this tomato and how easily I can slice up this watermelon. Way too smooth. Now I just need the rest of the knives in this set.
