That all adds up to a harder blade (60 Rockwell Rating) for effortless slicing and improved edge retention. It also means better corrosion resistance and unmatched aesthetic appeal. The unique knife design also features a rounded point to avoid accidental stabbing of the meat, meaning the flavor-filled juices will stay in the food instead of running out onto the cutting board.
