okay so last night i tried out the hum beauty like beauty z it has vitamin b6 and some melatonin and like a tablet this size and you only take one so it's really easy to like get down in your system um and i you take about 15-20 minutes before you like actually want to fall asleep and let me tell you i passed out like literally the best sleep i've gotten all week i don't know like what's in here i really like how it has the vitamin b6 to kind of just help like help your skin help your hair it just beat vitamin like six is so good for so many things so definitely rebuying

I got the hum beauties It's melatonin and vitamin b6 You just take 120 minutes before you go to bed and bam You're out like a light if melatonin doesn't work on you though, cuz I know some people like Melatonin doesn't really work on him that well. I don't recommend getting it helps me get an absolutely amazing night's sleep this mixed with my Nod pod perfect. Definitely go take a look And see if you think it might work for you

Hello! Calm, sweet calm. This is my old one, this is my new one. These little gums help me sleep nicely. And help me with my stress and keep me calm. Especially if you spend some time in a day with a toddler and tantrums. You need something like this, believe me. I took just one little gum. Mmm, they taste so good. Don't take more than two. If I want to sleep nice, I take two gums before sleep. My second one. It counts like a three for me. They are so delicious. And most important, help me reduce stress, help me sleep better. I feel good.

I have officially been taking these for quite some time and I wanted to take them before I come in here and say anything. I love them so much, I actually had my husband start taking them. They are two little gummies like this, hearts. And these help with anxiety and if you're like me, where you get like really stressed, really tense, I definitely recommend taking these. So this might be TMI, but I have like high cholesterol genetically and I take fish oil every day. Hum is my favorite brand. I got these on Flip. What I love about these is that they kind of taste like orange. They don't like gross but repeat on you and they're yeah, they're really nice. They make my stomach feel fine and I take two of them every day. I want to start taking two in the morning and two at night because my cholesterol is that high, but these are more like for a triclosterol. So my triclosterol are great. So highly recommend.

Hey there, it's New Year's Eve and I really need to stay awake until midnight. Excuse my look, I just woke up. But I'm gonna try one of these. It's the Hum Uber Energy Dietary Supplement. There's one per serving and this is what they look like. They taste kind of earthy, but that goes away in like a second. And yeah, I'm gonna try to make it to midnight, let's see how I do. So at this point it's 7 30 and this is at 10 and by 11 I was really dragging. But in the end I made it to midnight and usually I'm only able to stay up until like 8 or 9 pm. So I think these hum pills really work. Five stars.
