I've already done step one, which is exfoliate the space that I want to put this tattoo on. I just use like a Neutrogena scrub, brrp, brrp, brrp, brrp, brrp, brrp, brrp, and we're good to go. I should actually reference those instructions, hold on. Thank God for opposable toes. So the instructions say, apply to skin, wait 10 minutes. They recommend that you do this in a cool space because if you're hot and sweating, it'll blur the image. Oh, it's a dark pen. I don't know why I thought it would be clear like the patches that we used last week. Oh, already off to a whatever start. She's dark, but at the same time, she's got like a light translucidness to her. You should know that I'm doing this like backwards too. I mean, I don't even know if that's, we'll flip this in post. I chose the design because I was like, if I mess up, I can just say, it's a bad tattoo.

Yay! We have the Inkbox tattoo pen! I'm super excited. It comes with two protective strips, the actual pen of course. I had to look it up on their website, but the strips are purely silicone and polyurethane, so that means it should be hypoallergenic. And last but not least, gloves! Or, glove. Just one. So you can see here, this is the tattoo that I put on of theirs one week ago exactly. Yes, it faded fast, but I'm an obsessive hand washer. Not surprised. So I'm just tracing over it. I do wish that the tip was a little more fine so that the detail work would be a little bit easier. And now I'm gonna go ahead and go over my actual tattoos. And then I cut the little strips into tiny pieces and put them on. They feel really good. Barely notice them. Okay, now this is the next morning. That looks awesome. I really like it. This is not going anywhere. So the only problem now is figuring out what else I want to do.

I don't know if y'all knew this, but I am an actor and I have a project coming up where my character does have face tattoos and to kind of get into character and they also said I could kind of pick what face tattoos she has, you know, kind of character development. So I thought this would be really cool. It's a freehand tattoo marker where you can put it, you know, wherever. Oh, so this is a development patch. Wait, can you draw on this and then develop it? Okay, just kidding. This says don't apply it on your face or your neck or your upper chest. Okay, that kind of kills the whole vibe. Where are you supposed to put this then? Your leg? I don't know. Should we listen? Look like a sharpie. Also smells like a sharpie. I don't know. I'm going to do some research and then report back.
