Hey guys, so today I added the 5 Minute Journal by Intelligent Change to my morning and nighttime routine. It's an environmentally conscious gratitude journal with prompts, challenges, and guides for self-reflection. I've personally only been a girl that normally journals at night, but I loved adding journaling to my morning routine. Since it also only takes 5 minutes, it's super easy to incorporate into your morning and nighttime routine, and this hourglass makes it super cute.
