I ordered the Intelligent Change Mindful Moments journal and have been loving it. It comes with a hardback journal and a five-minute glass hourglass. The beginning of the journal gives some ideas to reflect on and a weekly challenge for self-growth. I love that I can bring this journal anywhere and not rely on my phone as a timer.
