Gleam Beauty in bright and bold shades for eyes. I'm using Chimpy Blue Kohl Eyeliner, starting on her upper lash line, then gently sketching up past her crease. Tap to blend or use the smudger tool on the end of the eyeliner. Remember, any translucent powder and a cotton bud to press in this shade will set it for all day wear without any transfer of the shade.

We'll be doing a first impressions on this Gillian Dempsey eyeliner in Chimpy Blue. I'm really excited about this because as you can see I have extremely dark eyes and I feel like vibrant blues like this look so pretty on dark eyes. So here we go. We're going to do this together. First time. So pretty and so pigmented. Please look at that side by side. I love that. It's not like robin egg blue exactly and it's not a dark blue where you can't really tell. That is so pretty. I love this because as someone who really loves neutrals this is such an easy and like foolproof way to experience color in your makeup and it just like makes your eyes pop. What do you guys think?

Hey, Flip. In this video, I'm going to be reviewing Gillian Dempsey's Kohl Eyeliner. Now, one side is a pencil, the other side is a blending tool, which really made the product easy to apply. Y'all see that? This eyeliner ended up working really well with the makeup look I was going for. I definitely recommend getting it.

Julian Dempsey is the kohl eyeliner in the shade white. It does have the white pencil side and then the smudger on the other end. Here is a close up of what it looks like on my hand. I am just going to go right in with this and see how smoothly it applies. Wow. Okay, so here's both eyes side by side. The white just gives it like such a more awake and open eyed look. I absolutely love it and it went on effortlessly.

Kohl eyeliners to me are just probably the most, I think, necessary beauty item that you could possibly ever have. I love Kohl eyeliners because they're smooth and you could smudge them out and you can make them really deep and intense or just kind of make them like a little soft definition. Kohl eyeliners are phenomenal if you wanna get a really fast, smoky eye. They're great if you wanna go on your inner lower waterline that's inside your eye and then kind of gently tap it out. It softens the look and if you want it to be really hard and kind of more punk chic, you can make the line really intense. There's a lot of room to play with Kohl eyeliners and that's the beauty. They're more meant to have so you can smudge them around. They have a built-in smudger on the end and that allows you a lot of freedom to play.

Let's compare these two guys. Black and brown. Waterproof eyeliner. Brown, we're gonna put this and black on this eye. Brown will look more natural than black, but make sure it's reachable. Let's see black on this one. Brown, less messy than black. More depth.

Growing up in a South Asian household meant that my mom always suggested I try Kohl liner, which is a smoked out Liner look that a lot of people in South Asia use I wanted to try the Jillian Dempsey Kohl liner product which you can't see just yet, but I'm gonna show you what this product is great for achieving a smoked out Look, you can also just use it as a regular liner, but it has dual function. Let me show you what looks like on my hand And it comes out really clear right but you can smudge it out so easily If you want to get more of a blurred and smoky look in your above your eye I think this is a really cool versatile product that you can try and use and kind of manipulate new makeup looks for yourself Super excited about it. I was so excited when I ordered this Gillian Dempsey Kohl Eyeliner. It comes with, of course, the eyeliner on one side and the smudger on the other, which is a great tool with this eyeliner and with others. So it comes in handy. At first I thought it was going to be an epic fail for me. I don't know if I just got one that was from a bad batch or something. Anyway, I had to, I struggled with it for the first couple times that I used it. I even reached out to other Flip users asking them for recommendations and everything, and then I just gave it a nice good sharpen and tried it again. And it is, it does what it claims to do. It stays put and it smudges out very nicely. I highly recommend this now.

This is the first time I'm using the Gillian Dempsey eyeliner. It's a Kohl eyeliner. I was very nervous at first. I thought I'd be dry when applying, because it almost looked like it, but it wasn't. I applied it under my lids and then over the top as well, just a little bit. I then used this sponge thingy, sorry, I don't know the name, just to blend it a little bit to make it a bit smoky. Not too much, but overall, I really, really like it.
