Kohl eyeliners to me are just probably the most, I think, necessary beauty item that you could possibly ever have. I love Kohl eyeliners because they're smooth and you could smudge them out and you can make them really deep and intense or just kind of make them like a little soft definition. Kohl eyeliners are phenomenal if you wanna get a really fast, smoky eye. They're great if you wanna go on your inner lower waterline that's inside your eye and then kind of gently tap it out. It softens the look and if you want it to be really hard and kind of more punk chic, you can make the line really intense. There's a lot of room to play with Kohl eyeliners and that's the beauty. They're more meant to have so you can smudge them around. They have a built-in smudger on the end and that allows you a lot of freedom to play.

Let's compare these two guys. Black and brown. Waterproof eyeliner. Brown, we're gonna put this and black on this eye. Brown will look more natural than black, but make sure it's reachable. Let's see black on this one. Brown, less messy than black. More depth.

Growing up in a South Asian household meant that my mom always suggested I try Kohl liner, which is a smoked out Liner look that a lot of people in South Asia use I wanted to try the Jillian Dempsey Kohl liner product which you can't see just yet, but I'm gonna show you what this product is great for achieving a smoked out Look, you can also just use it as a regular liner, but it has dual function. I was so excited when I ordered this Gillian Dempsey Kohl Eyeliner. It comes with, of course, the eyeliner on one side and the smudger on the other, which is a great tool with this eyeliner and with others. So it comes in handy. At first I thought it was going to be an epic fail for me. I don't know if I just got one that was from a bad batch or something. Anyway, I had to, I struggled with it for the first couple times that I used it. I even reached out to other Flip users asking them for recommendations and everything, and then I just gave it a nice good sharpen and tried it again. And it is, it does what it claims to do. It stays put and it smudges out very nicely. I highly recommend this now.

This is the first time I'm using the Gillian Dempsey eyeliner. It's a Kohl eyeliner. I was very nervous at first. I thought I'd be dry when applying, because it almost looked like it, but it wasn't. I applied it under my lids and then over the top as well, just a little bit. I then used this sponge thingy, sorry, I don't know the name, just to blend it a little bit to make it a bit smoky. Not too much, but overall, I really, really like it.

Dempsey lid tint in the shade shell and that's how it looks and it's kind of shimmery and also hey that's me and also it has a tiny mirror which is like so you know useful so let's see so this is kind of like a really I think I wanted something

Let's try out the Gillian Dempsey lid tint in the color Shell. It's this really pretty shimmery pink and it says to apply directly to your lid with your finger. The formulation is really smooth and it's actually much more pigmented than I thought. I really do like this product, but I suggest using a primer beforehand so that it doesn't crease in the lid.

Truly Flossproof Eyeshadow, sign me up! This Satin Cream Shadow from Jillian Dempsey in the shade Shell is so beautiful. It's a sheer, very, very pale pink that gives my lids lots of gloss and shine. I like to apply it with my finger in two layers to get a little bit more coverage and pigment. It's ridiculously easy to blend. It's made with really great skin-loving ingredients like sunflower seed and coconut oils and shea butter. It can be used as a cream highlight or to add a little bit of shine onto the lips too. There's a couple of potential cons that I should mention though. Because of their emollient texture and ingredients, this product will absolutely crease and it'll happen fast. Any creases can be immediately tapped out with a finger, but that's something to note if that's a quality that you dislike in an eyeshadow. A second con is the price. This single shadow is almost $30. I personally won't be purchasing any other shades, but if you don't mind paying more for a shadow you'll use often and has ingredients that you like, you may not see that as a con.

Hey guys, let's try the Lid Temp by Jillian Jassy in the shade Sheil. It's a really cute packaging as you can see I've already touched it. And I just like to put a little bit on the inner corner. Sorry about my dog walking, she won't sit. And it's just super pretty and super light and I really like just using this when I don't want to wear a lot of makeup. But yeah, you guys should definitely try it and the compact is so cute.
