The Rose Gold Matte & Shimmer Palette by Jouer received a mixed review from Jillian. While she appreciated the color story and the inclusion of dark shades, she encountered several issues with the eyeshadows. Despite trying different eyeshadow bases, the product did not perform well on naked skin or over a base. The pink shades, in particular, did not blend well and lost most of their pigment when blended. However, Jillian did mention that the shimmer shades were the only redeeming aspect of the palette. Overall, Jillian expressed disappointment and concluded that the palette was not worth it.
