Guys, I tried. I really did. I've had this now in my bathroom for like months and I cannot get on board with oil pulling. So for those of you who don't know, my name is Dr. Nativ. I'm a general dentist. I've been a dentist for about 15 years. In general, you're not going to meet a lot of dentists who advocate for oil pulling. There's no evidence that it helps any more than salt water or rinsing with water or general oral hygiene. So not really a lot of great stuff about it, but it's so gross. I'm sorry, but I cannot do it. It's disgusting. And also I was complaining to a patient about how I couldn't get into it and she reminded me that it also clogs your sink. So listen, if you like it, there's no harm, but it's so gross. It's disgusting. Zero out of 10 for me. I will not be using these ever. If anyone wants them, come find me, I'll give them to you.
